Microelectronics and Hardware Development 2026

Have you taken chemistry, physics, or other science classes but don't know how to apply that knowledge to create something practical that people can use?  Or maybe you're well-versed in computer science and might have even assembled a computer, but you don't know how to create your own unique hardware system with sensors and motors from scratch?  Or perhaps you already have lots of hardware experience and may have even competed in the FIRST robotics competition?  But do you know how hardware systems function at the atomic level in silicon?  Why do our computers stop working when they overheat? The Microelectronics and Hardware Development summer class is aimed at students from all backgrounds, regardless of past experience.  If you have a strong interest in designing and developing novel hardware systems and solving problems, consider applying!
