Madeleine (Maddie) Schroeder is a Ph.D. student working in the Space Propulsion Lab at MIT. She received her B.S. in engineering from MIT in 2020 and S.M. in Space Propulsion from MIT in 2021. Maddie’s research interests include space propulsion and small satellite development, and her current research is focused on developing ionic liquid ion sources for space propulsion and materials applications. Outside of the lab Maddie enjoys running, hiking, and biking.
