Martyna Laszcz

Martyna Laszcz is a physicist and educator currently supporting a range of programs as a Project Administrator at AFFOA. She completed graduate studies in Applied Physics at UMass Boston, where her work explored intersections of engineering, nanotechnology, and how learners make sense of unfamiliar applied science concepts. Martyna has diverse teaching experience spanning public high school physics, MCAT preparation, undergraduate laboratories, summer camps, and more.

Martyna is passionate about making STEM feel creative, accessible, and grounded. She enjoys working across disciplines and exploring how scientific concepts appear in unexpected places—from digital design to painting. Through teaching, she hopes to help students build confidence through experimentation, iteration, and developing ideas into tangible projects that can make an impact. She is excited to be part of Beaver Works and see the unique directions students take with e-textiles.
